  Everytime I go to this location they mess up my order in some way, this time they offered me a 4 piece for $1.00, I said sure, asked what sauce I wanted, I said bbq (needless to say I NEVER got the sauce), I ordered the new Pico burger and the lettuce was brown and wilted, not to mention the burger was pretty pink and cold, and of course the fries were cold as they are 90% of the time, and of course they don't answer the phone (probably because they know it's a complaint ), I should've listened to my gut and never come back to this location ---- WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!

  Had a great shake and fries. Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful, even when a jerk of a customer had a conniption fit for cheese in his burger when not ordered. The jerk was demeaning to the staff, threw his bag on the counter, and demanded his money back. Despite all this the manager was professional and courteous. He definitely needs a raise and customers like that should be banned.

  EVERY time we go to this location they screw up our order somehow. This morning, we got our breakfast home, they didn't give my husband any of the syrups, jams, butters ect that come with the big breakfast with hotcakes. So he drove back up there and asked for the sauces and for 1 extra syrup. Got home, only 1 syrup and they gave him a spoon...seriously? My god these people suck. This is the last time we are going to this location. They screw everything up, and when you have to take time to drive back up there and have them fix their mistakes, they can't even get it right the second time! So my husband had to deal with all their crap, waste time and gas going up there a second time, only to eat a cold breakfast and still not having what he asked for. So unacceptable.
