  Good quality and decent service, but my only issue is to echo what other people have already voiced in other reviews: this place is extremely short staffed on nights. The crew on nights is hard-working and hustles to try to move the line quickly. But it's not unusual to wait in the Drive-Thru line 15 minutes+ for your order. I believe this is a reflection of their management or corporate practices. They need to hire more people for the night shift!

  Typical McDonalds. I do find that their ice coffee tastes better than the McDonalds in Machesney Park though. Not sure why!

  Clean environment and mostly quick service. Entering and exiting the parking lot can be a pain on busy shopping days due to the strange layout of parking lot.

  Good service but bad cleanliness! Had to ask for a rag just to clean my table. Had 4 other dirty tables around us. Went to the bathroom and garbage hadn't been taken out and there was paper towels overflowing the the can!
