  A lot of choices to choose from. Unfortunately the consistency of the meats are all over the place. I have never had good beef brisket from here. The last two times the ribs were tough. Which means only one thing they were not cooked long enough. Pulled pork has always been good but not great the smoke flavor is non-existent.

  I love some Famous Dave's. Reason for the 3 stars is based on quantity for the price. Although the ribs are big and delicious, you only get like maybe 7 or 8 ribs for what I could a lb or more for ribs some where else. I enjoy the hot links also, which it seems they have improved by switching to a better tasting brand. Service was excellent and the hostess/cashiers are always super friendly, courteous and respectful. I do recommend trying Famous Dave's if not just to compare the difference of regular greasy spoon rib joints to a fine quality of ribs from them.

  Food is great, very clean inside. Service is usually a little slow but very friendly. The decorations around the place are amazing.
  Burnt tips and their brisket are the best.
