  One of the only places in Rockford with a healthy option with the "protein bowl". Food is above average. Also nice for people who don't want soda to be given an option for cucumber water if you don't just want plain water. The prices are a little high for what you get, but for a new restaurant with not much notoriety their certainly reasonable. My only complaint is the lack of napkins on the table. Everything including silverware need to be retrieved by yourself.

  The food was great, and the service was very good. The setup was a little confusing; but it works. Thing of a place like Cosi or something, where you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you. The food seemed to "fancy" for that setup but overall I like it

  I have never done this before but I thought I should. This was my 1st time visiting this restaurant. Ordered the mac & cheese for 12.00 $. It was the worst meal ever. The dish was swimming some much grease I could not eat it. Sorry I was really looking forward to liking the place
