  Horrible place waited 20 minutes for the server to even ask us what we wanted to drink didn't even order anything got up and walked out when I noticed the Back door is a storage for motorcycles, oil and gasoline into the restaurant. This place is no good. And very unprofessional very dirty - none of the tables were cleaned.

  Was in a hurry and hungry so thought we would try Ali baba, since Mediterranean is usually quick, plentiful and tasty to boot. Felt more like this was the forty thieves. Waited patiently for an hour as they presumably had to go out and find the cow, lamb and chicken to slaughter. Fries were soggy and poorly seasoned. Meat was ok but there wasn't much of it considering the over 10$ price on each entree. If we had gone elsewhere I felt like we would have ended the evening fuller, in half the time, for half the price. Beef was dry but tasted good. Salad was good.

  Tried the hummus, gyro plate, and chicken schwarma and all were good with reasonable prices. The meat was tender and flavorful. One of the better Mediterranean places I've tried in Rockford.

  Great service. Broad selection and variety. Love the lamb dishes. Great vegetarian choices.
